1.  Orders and delivery can only be catered during store operating hours. Cut-off for orders is at 1 PM daily. All orders made after 1 PM will be processed the succeeding day.

2.  All confirmed orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled.


3 . Delivery fees are dependent upon booking.  We book our deliveries using the following third-party couriers: 

  • Grab Delivery

  • Angkas 

  • Lalamove

  • Mr. Speedy

  • Transportify

How do I order?


Click the Delivery page in our website to select between our offers:
Frozen Selection: Our choice meat and seafood frozen selections, perfect for your own recipes.
Simply scroll through, and add to cart. Proceed to checkout, settle your payment, send us proof of payment. Quick and simple!




How long do I have to wait for an order?


Our frozen selection items are available to be delivered on a same-day basis.
Delivery/Pick up will be arranged by either customer or the store.




How do I track my order?

How do you do shipping?


We have the following shipping methods available:
1. Store Pick-up - personally pick up your items in store. 2. Third-Party Delivery - arranged by us, but will be shouldered by you. We will notify you of the fee upon dispatch and to be paid directly to the courier upon receipt of items. (Grab Express, LalaMove, Joyride, Angkas)

2. Self Delivery - If you have your own rider or delivery service, you may coordinate directly with us so we can help with the dispatch of the orders. You may contact our team thru the following numbers to confirm shipping of your order:

Can I still cancel an order?


Once payment has been made, all orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.




What are the cut-off times for orders?


We accept orders until 1PM from Mondays to Fridays.

All orders made after will be subject to next day delivery or in case of Saturdays, will be processed by Monday morning.
